The end of June will be a busy time for all of us.  On June 27th, we will have a farewell party for Pastor Bill and Terry.  We will have a light lunch after church - sandwiches and finger food so there can be lots of mingling and visiting. 

   June 29th is moving day.  Our new pastor and his wife will be moving into the parsonage.  It is planned that they will come to the fellowship hall and eat with the Sunshine Disciples.  Those helping them move are also invited to eat.

   July 4th will be Pastor Terry Wines' first Sunday.  Instead of Sunday School, we will have a "Meet and Greet" at 9am with coffee and snacks before church.  Along with this we have planned a "Pounding".  Bring a pound of something for their pantry that morning.

  Applicationsfor the Les Aldrich Memorial Scholarship will be available in the narthex.  The deadline to return the completed form is Sunday, August 1.  Please consider making a donation in honor of memory of a loved one, or perhaps, an individual who had an impact on your education.
